Here I sit with a renewed vim, vigor and vitality, long may it continue :) We got the new dog, Brandy yesterday she is really wonderful spirit. Very well behaved and took a shine to our family as much as we did to her. I am really lucky to be on this journey of discovery with my children. I just hope and pray that I can maintain the energy needed to shape the enthusiastic children I was given. Whenever I start to doubt what or how I am doing they will amaze me with their own creativity and thought processes. All Creatures Great and Small..

Well looking at the ads today I saw someone giving away a beautiful dog. Beautiful of spirit anyway. Our last dog we didn't have for very long as she took to nipping at DD whenever she walked by. I contacted the owner of the dog and she said she has to wait until next week for her DH to come home to make a final decision but it looks like we are the number one pick. I am so excited. I can't wait until the weekend is over :0)Of course the kids are excited also but I am telling them to not get their hopes up too high as we won't know for certain till next week.
