Hoppin' by the Hip Mamma's sites. :) Glad ou have a place to rant. We had similar problems in a past neighborhood. Kids would show up with a 2 liter of soda ad say they could play til two. Huh? Does that make me free day care? I didn't know the kid, or the mom, or where they lived. . . I did bring one kid home, but I"m not really sure if it was actually his house that we drove to. Sad.
